About SAAT PC PatrolI've been working (and playing!) with computers since before the first IBM PC hit the market. In 1969, I remember being in awe of the sight of a tape-loaded IBM mainframe that could play Tic Tac Toe! I was immediately hooked! I mastered cpm, basic, pascal, COBOL and assembler on whatever I could get my hands on. Altair, Atari, Commodore, Tandy, TI-99, etc. You name it. I have likely worked with it. Then came the IBM PCs, Apples and the internet... The world was changed forever. I studied electronics, broadband networking, and programming with an unending passion. I wrote shareware game clones, linguistics editors, custom business applications and more. I worked for companies such as Storer Communications, Vision, Intel, Microtest, and United Parcel Service. Somewhere along the line, I found time to finish a BS with a double major in Computer Science and Business Management, and an associate in Electronics Technology. I am also a certified CAT-5 technician, and once wrote a nationally published white paper on CATV system maintenance. A few of my accomplishments include:
